Cadbury's Creme Egg Protein Balls

Seeing as Easter is swiftly approaching, making one of my favourite Easter chocolates into a protein ball had to be done!

Great way to get your Creme Egg fix but with less calories & a little hit of protein too!

Servings: Makes 10 balls

Macros per ball:

89kcal / 4.5g protein / 10g carbs / 4g fat / 1g fibre

Ingredients:

30g oats (regular or gluten free)

40g chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp cashew or almond butter (macros above are with cashew)

1 tbsp honey

20g Choc Shot (available in hot chocolate aisle of supermarket)

2 Cadbury's Creme Eggs

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender/food processor (depending on quality of blender you may wish to chop up the Creme Eggs first!)

2. Blend until smooth & stuck together.

3. Scoop out mix using spoon & roll into balls.

4. Place in fridge to harden for 30 minutes.

4. Eat! :-)

Tip: To make less mess you may wish to pop the mix in the freezer for 5 minutes before rolling into balls.
